摘要
"一带一路"战略提出以来,中国在环印度洋岛国的经济实力和国家地位日益增长,而中国国际话语权并未得到与之匹配的提升,这直接影响了中国的软实力与国际影响力的进一步提升。因此本文在福柯话语理论的指导下,以整个印度洋岛国为研究对象,以我国外宣工作为切入点,研究中国国际话语权的提升策略。
Since the launch of the Belt and Road Initiative, China’s economic strength and national status in the Indian Ocean island countries have been increasingly improved. However, its international discourse power has not been improved accordingly, which directly affects the further promotion of Chinese national soft power and its international influence in those countries. Therefore, under the guidance of Foucault’s discourse theory, the paper takes the whole Indian Ocean island countries as a research subject, trying to study the promotion strategy of China’s discourse power from the perspective of China’s foreign publicity work.
