冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者自我管理与自我效能的研究

Research on postoperative self-management and self-efficacy of coronary artery bypass grafting patients

目的探讨冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者自我管理与自我效能的关系。方法采用一般资料问卷、冠心病自我管理量表和慢性病自我效能量表,对237例冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者进行问卷调查。结果冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者自我管理总分为(86. 11±9. 88)分,自我效能评分为(6. 56±0. 99)分;自我管理总分及各维度得分均与自我效能呈正相关(P <0. 05)。结论冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者自我管理处于中等水平,自我效能有待于进一步提高;冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者的自我效能与自我管理密切相关,护理人员应加强对冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者自我效能的改善,以提高术后患者的自我管理能力。

Objective To explore the relationship between self-management and self-efficacy of patients with coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Methods The questionnaires such as general data questionnaire,Coronary Heart Disease Self-management Scale and Chronic Disease Self-efficacy Scale were performed for 237 patients after CABG surgery.Results Total score of self-management for CABG patients was(86.11±9.88)points,and self-efficacy scale was(6.56±0.99)points,and total score of self-management was positively correlated with self-efficacy scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-management of CABG patients was in the medium level and self-efficacy should be further improved.Self-efficacy of CABG patientsis closely related to the self-management in these patients.Nursing staff should strengthen their self-efficacy in order to improve the postoperative self-management ability.
