摘要 医学教育的重点为培养医学生建立良好的临床思维,而传统教学方式往往达不到理想的教学效果。PBL教学与翻转课堂教学都是新型教学模式,研究者在肾脏内科临床实习课中开展了PBL为基础的翻转课堂教学法,结束时采用问卷的模式结合学生表现予以评分,试验组学生与对照组学生理论成绩无明显差异,但试验组学生的病例分析能力明显高于对照组学生。PBL为基础的翻转课堂教学模式有利于培养学生的临床思维能力。 The focus of medical education is to establish good clinical thinking for medical students,and the traditional teaching methods fail to achieve the ideal teaching effect.PBL teaching and flip classroom teaching are all new teaching models,researchers in nephrology.The clinical practice was carried out in PBL based flipped classroom learning mode.T At the end,the model of questionnaire was used to grade the students'performance.The scores of students in the experimental group and the control had no significant difference,but the case analysis ability of the students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The PBL-based flipping classroom teaching model is beneficial to the training of students'clinical thinking ability.
