雷磊教授治疗白血病患者化疗后卵巢早衰经验

Experience of Lei Lei in Treating Preovarian Ovarian Failure after Chemotherapy in Patients with Leukemia

全文从病因病机、诊疗特色、典型病例3个方面对雷磊教授治疗白血病患者化疗后卵巢早衰(POF)的经验进行了整理。雷磊教授认为本病应从肾出发,肾虚血亏、虚瘀互结是本病的根本病机,治疗应以补肾养血、活血化瘀为基本原则,临证常以名老中医刘奉五的经验方四二五合方为基础化裁,提倡补肾为本,阴阳平和,肝脾同调,结合激素替代疗法,从而改善患者卵巢功能。

The full text discussed Professor Lei Lei's experience in treating premature ovarian failure(POF)after chemotherapy in patients with leukemia from the perspectives of etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment characteristics and typical cases.Mr.Lei thought that we should departure from the kidney.He believed that kidney deficiency anaemia,deficiency and blood stasis were the fundamental pathogenesis of the disease,and regarded nourishing the kidney and blood,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis as the basic principles.Based on the experience prescription named"4-2-5"of famous old Chinese medicine doctor Liu Fengwu,Professor Lei Lei advocated kidney essence sufficient,yin and yang complement,liver and spleen homology,combining with hormone replacement therapy to improve the ovarian function of patients.
