结节性痒疹是皮肤科的常见病、难治病,也是中医的优势病种。刘爱民教授在临床工作中积累了丰富的经验,并对结节性痒疹的治疗有独到的见解。在诊疗结节性痒疹的辨证中不拘泥于证型表象,探究深层的病机病因,用药精准,疗效显著。文章从病机病因、辨证思路、案例分析3个方面介绍了刘爱民教授运用自拟温阳散结汤治疗结节性痒疹的经验。

Prurigo nodularis is a common disease in dermatology and is difficult to treat,and traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in treating this disease.Professor Liu Aimin has accumulated rich experience in clinical work,and has unique opinions on the treatment of prurigo nodularis.In the treatment of prurigo nodularis the professor was not confused by the superficial syndromes,but looked for the underlying pathogenesis.The herbs he used were very precise,so the treatment is very effective.This paper introduces Professor Liu Aimin's experience in treating prurigo nodularis with self-designed Wenyang Sanjie decoction from three aspects of pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and case analysis.
