白殊停联合中医辨证治疗白癜风临床观察

Clinical Observation on Baishuting Comined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Vitiligo based on Syndrome Differentiation

目的探讨白殊停穴位贴、白殊停抑菌液结合中医辨证分型治疗白癜风的疗效。方法自2017年4月—2018年5月对566例的白癜风患者采用白殊停穴位贴、白殊停抑菌液联合中医辨证分型治疗,对气血不和型、肝郁气滞型、脾胃虚弱型、肝肾不足型、经络瘀阻型患者给予相应的治疗。结果气血不和型有效率96.9%、肝郁气滞型有效率92%、脾胃虚弱型有效率95.7%、肝肾不足型有效率96.5%、经络瘀阻型有效率95.3%,中医辨证分型有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄3～20岁有效率96.1%、21～40岁有效率91.8%、40～55岁有效率89.7%,疗效与年龄有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白殊停穴位贴、白殊停抑菌液联合中医辨证分型治疗白癜风,有效率高,不良反应小,且年龄越小,有效率越高,适于临床推广。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of Baishuting point application and antibacterial liquid comined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vitiligo based on syndrome differentiation.Methods From April 2017 to May 2018,566 patients with vitiligo were treated with Baishuting point application and antibacterial liquid comined with traditional Chinese medicine.All patients were categorized as qi and blood disharmony type,liver qi stagnation type,spleen and stomach weakness type,liver and kidney deficiency type,meridian stagnation type,and corresponding Chinese medicine treatments were given to all 4 types of patients.Results TCM syndrome differentiation qi and blood disharmony type effective rate was 96.9%,liver qi stagnation type effective rate was 92%,spleen and stomach weakness type effective rate was 95.7%,liver and kidney deficiency type effective rate was 96.5%,meridian stagnationtype effective rate was 95.3%.Comparison of the effectiveness of TCM syndrome differentiation was carried out,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The effective rate of age 3-20 was 96.1%,effective rate of age 21-40 was 91.8%,effective rate of age 40-55 was 89.7%,Efficacy was compared with age,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Baishuting point application and antibacterial liquid comined with traditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of vitilig have high efficiency,minimum side effects,and it is suitable for clinical promotion.
