调气破血汤联合痛点揉拨治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tiaoqi Poxue Decoction Combined with Pain Point Sputum Manipulation in Treating Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve Root Type

目的研究调气破血汤联合痛点揉拨手法对气滞血瘀型神经根型颈椎病VAS评分及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年5月—2018年5月收治的气滞血瘀型神经根型颈椎病患者136例,随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各68例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组于对照组基础上采用调气破血汤联合痛点揉拨手法治疗。对比2组治疗效果、治疗前后疼痛程度(VAS评分)、生活质量(SF-36评分)及颈椎等长肌力变化情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率95.59%(65/68)高于对照组82.35%(56/68)(P<0.05);治疗结束后:2组VAS及SF-36评分均优于治疗前,且研究组VAS评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05);2组前屈、后伸、左侧屈及右侧屈等长肌力均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调气破血汤联合痛点揉拨手法治疗气滞血瘀型神经根型颈椎病,能显著提高治疗效果,降低疼痛程度,改善颈椎等长肌力,提高生活质量,具有较高应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of Tiaoqi Poxue decoction combined with pain point sputum manipulation on VAS score and quality of life of qi stagnation and blood stasis type cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 136 patients with blood stasis type cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into study group(n=68)and control group(n=68).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The study group was treated with Tiaoqi Poxue decoction combined with pain point sputum manipulation on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,the degree of pain before and after treatment(VAS score),quality of life(SF-36 score)and changes in cervical isometric strength were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group[95.59%(65/68)]was higher than that of the control group[82.35%(56/68)](P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and SF-36 scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment.Before treatment,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the SF-36 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The two groups of flexion,extension,left flexion and right flexion were higher than before treatment.And the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiaoqi Poxue decoction combined with pain point sputum manipulation in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the degree of pain,improve the cervical isometric muscle strength,improve the quality of life,and has high application value.
