天麻钩藤饮治疗原发性高血压的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tianma Gouteng Drink in Treating Primary Hypertension

目的观察天麻钩藤饮治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法 127例原发性高血压患者均符合《中国高血压防治指南》(修订版2010)中原发性高血压病诊断标准和《中药新药临床研究指导原则》中肝阳上亢的辨证标准,随机分为2组,其中对照组62例,给予口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,每次5 mg,每日1次;治疗组65例,采用在对照组基础上加服天麻钩藤饮治疗。治疗结束后观察2组患者治疗前后症状积分的变化,并比较2组的临床疗效。结果与治疗前比较,2组症状积分均明显下降(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后的症状积分与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为84.6%和87.1%,二者比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论天麻钩藤饮治疗原发性高血压具有显著效果,其疗效与苯磺酸氨氯地平片相当,本方可作为治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的首选方药。

Objective To observe therapeutic effect of the Tianma Gouteng drink in treating primary hypertension.Methods 127 cases of patients with primary hypertension met the diagnostic criteria of the Guide to the Prevention and Control of Hypertension in China(Revised Edition 2010)and the dialectical criteria of liver and yang hyperthyroidism in the Guidelines for Clinical Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were randomly divided into two groups.62 cases in the control group were treated by oral amlodipine benzenesulfonate tablets,5mg per session,1 per day,and 65 cases in the treatment group were treated by the Tianma Gouteng drink and amlodipine benzenesulfonate tablets.Treatment continued 30 days.The syndrome integral and clinical therapeutic effect was observed in both groups.Results Compared with the pre-treatment,the syndromes of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the syndromes between the treatment group and the control group had not statistics difference(P>0.05).The effective rate of treatment group and control group were 84.6%and 87.1%,and ther had no statistics difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Tianma Gouteng drink in treating primary hypertension has significant effect,and its effect is comparable to that of amlodipine benzesulfonate tablets.We can be used as the preferred prescription for treating hypertension.
