化坚二陈汤治疗小儿霰粒肿临床观察

Clinical Observation on Huajan Erchen Decoction in the Treatment of Chalazion in children

目的观察化坚二陈汤治疗小儿霰粒肿的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月—2018年6月就诊的小儿霰粒肿患者120例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予以中药封包治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予以中药化坚二陈汤加减口服治疗,治疗2周后比较疗效。结果对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为61.67%、81.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化坚二陈汤治疗小儿霰粒肿疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huajian Erchen decoction in the treatment of chalazion in children.Methods 120 cases of children with chalazion were selected from the outpatient department of our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018,and were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation,and the treatment group was treated with modified Huajian Erchen decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect was compared after 2 weeks of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 61.67%and 81.67%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huajian Erchen decoction is effective and worthy of clinical application.
