半夏白术天麻汤联合耳穴压豆治疗后循环缺血性眩晕症30例

Banxia Baishu Tianma Decoction Combined with Auricular Point Sticking in the Treatment of Posterior Circulation Is chemic Vertigo for 30 Cases

目的观察半夏白术天麻汤加味联合耳穴压豆治疗后循环缺血性眩晕症的临床疗效。方法对收治的60例后循环缺血性眩晕患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组为常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用半夏白术天麻汤加味联合耳穴压豆治疗。治疗7 d后评价临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96.7%,对照组总有效率73.7%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤加味联合耳穴压豆治疗后循环缺血性眩晕症能提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Baishu Tianma decoction combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo patients treated in our hospital were retrospectively studied.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Banxia Baishu Tianma decoction combined with auricular point sticking.The clinical effect was evaluated after 7 days of treatment.Results The total effective rate was 96.7%in the treatment group and 73.7%in the control group.The clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baishu Tianma decoction combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo can improve clinical effect.
