穴位热敏灸外治法干预颈椎病40例

External Therapy of Acupoint Heat-sensitive Moxibustion in the Intervention of Cervical Spondylosis for 40 Cases

目的通过其他外治法干预,增强颈椎病患者热敏灸部位与强度,从而提高热敏灸的临床效果,为探索经络实质提供客观依据。方法将颈椎病患者按照敏化点3个点或以上的、灸感时间超30分钟和3点以下、灸感时间少于30 min的分类分组,分试验组(热敏灸感弱组)40例和对照组(热敏灸感强组)40例观察。治疗第1疗程和第2疗程后进行疗效评价。结果 2组组内治疗2个疗程后的平均积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明试验组(热敏灸感弱加外治干预组)与对照组(热敏灸感弱组)治疗颈椎病均有良好疗效。但第1疗程热敏灸感强组疗效大于热敏灸感弱组。2组间2个疗程后的平均积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明试验组的临床症状改善程度可以与对照组媲美。结论进一步证实了灸感强、灸量足对于热敏灸的治疗具有明显临床疗效的重要性,通过外治法干预辅助热敏灸具有很高的临床应用价值。

Objective Through external treatments inhancing the points and intensity of heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy for cervical spondylosis patients to provide objective basis for exploring the essence of meridians and collaterals.Methods Eighty patients of cervical spondylosis were randomly allocated to theexperiment group(heat-sensitive moxibustion weak group)of 40 cases and control group(heat-sensitive moxibustion strong group)of 40 cases on the basis of less or more than heat-sensitive points for 3 or Heat-sensitive time for 30 minutes.The curative effects were evaluated after one and two courses.Results There was both significant difference in the experiment group(heat-sensitive moxibustion weak group)and the control group(heat-sensitive moxibustion strong group)(P<0.05)on the average score after two courses,it meaned that both of them had a good curative effect on cervical spondylosis,meanwhile the heat-sensitive moxibustion strong group was better than the heat-sensitive moxibustion weak group at the first course.After two courses,the average score between the two groups were also significant different(P<0.05),and it indicated the experiment group had a same effect on the improvement of clinical symptoms compared with the control group.Conclusion It further confirmed that strong senses and enough time moxibustion plays an important role on the clinical efficacy during the heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy.External intervention on heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy has a great value in clinical application.
