中药塌渍配合微波照射治疗四肢长干骨闭合性骨折29例

Chinese Medicine Soaking Combined with Microwave Irradiation in the Treatment of Closed Fractures of Long Diaphysis in Four Extremities for 29 Cases

目的探讨中药塌渍配合微波照射减轻四肢长干骨闭合性骨折患者早期疼痛肿胀的效果。方法选择2017年4月—2018年8月在本科室住院的58例四肢长干骨骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组各29例,对照组采用一般常规护理措施及微波照射,观察组在对照组基础上加以中药塌渍治疗,比较2组患者治疗后3 d及6 d肢体疼痛及肿胀的程度、肢体周径的大小。结果实施中药塌渍配合微波照射的观察组患者在缓解肢体疼痛、肿胀方面均优于对照组。2组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期四肢长干骨闭合性骨折患者实施中药塌渍配合微波照射可以减轻其疼痛及肿胀程度,提高疗效,减少并发症发生。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Chinese medicine soaking combined with microwave irradiation therapy on alleviation of the early-stage pain and swelling in patients with closed fractures of long diaphysis in four extremities.Methods A total of 58 patients with long diaphysis fractures of the extremities and hospitalized in our department from April 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the objects of study.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number method,and there were 29 patients in both groups.The patients of the control group received general routine care and microwave irradiation.The patients of the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine soaking on the basis of the control group.The degree of pain,swelling of limbs,size of the limb circumference of the patients 3 days and 6 days after receiving the treatment in the two groups were compared respectively.Results The patients in the observation group who received Chinese medicine soaking combined with microwave irradiation therapy were superior in the aspects of alleviation of pain and swelling of the limbs when compared with the patients of the control group.The differences between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the early stage of patients with closed fractures of long diaphysis in four extremities,the application of Chinese medicine soaking combined with microwave irradiation therapy can effectively reduce the degree of pain and swelling,improve the curative effects and reduce complications.
