中药复方治疗特发性肺纤维化的研究进展

Research Progress of Compound Chinese Medicine in Treating Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

特发性肺纤维化是一种原因不明的慢性进行性致纤维化的间质性肺炎,该病发病率逐渐提升、存活率低、预后不良,严重影响社会公众健康。而近年来中医对该病认识不断深入,并在运用中医复方治疗上取得一些进展。因此综合关于中医复方对肺纤维化治疗研究的文献报道,对特发性肺纤维化的中医病因病机认识、证候类型、名家辨证用方及临床治疗研究等进行综述。

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is an unidentified chronic progressive fibrosis interstitial pneumonia.The incidence of this disease is gradually increased,the survival rate is low,and the prognosis is poor,which seriously affects the public health.In recent years,Chinese medicine has deepened its understanding of the disease and made some progress in the use of TCM compound treatment.Therefore,comprehensive literature on the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis in Chinese literature reports,on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis TCM etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome types,the famous dialectical side and clinical treatment research are reviewed.
