通识选修课中医饮食营养学混合式教学模式的建构

Construction of Blended Teaching Mode in Traditional Chinese Medicine Dietetic Nutrition Science of General Elective Courses

目的探讨构建《中医饮食营养学》混合式教学模式。方法采取线上教学和线下教学相结合的方式开展混合式教学。线上教学依托学校网络教学平台建设,重点是将教学内容进行碎片化处理并录制授课视频,同时加强课程资源建设;线下教学以见面课的形式,围绕主题开展。考核方式采取线上、线下结合的形成性评价。结果学生可充分利用碎片化的时间自主进行学习,节省更多时间进行探究性学习;教师可不断提高自身素质,提高教学水平。结论开展《中医饮食营养学》混合式教学可提高通识选修课的教学质量。

Objective To discuss the construction of blended teaching mode in traditional Chinese medicine dietetic nutrition science.Methods The blended teaching was carried out in the way of combining online teaching and offline teaching.The on-line teaching depends on the school network teaching platform construction.The key point is to take the course content fragment processing and transcribe teaches the video frequency.At the same time,we strengthen the construction of curriculum resources.Offline teaching is carried out around the theme in the form of a meeting lesson.The formative evaluation of the combination of online and offline is adopted in the examination ways.Results The student may fully independently carry on the study in the fragment time.It can save more time for exploratory learning.Teachers can continuously improve their own quality and improve the teaching level.Conclusion To carry out blended teaching in Chinese dietetic nutrition science can improve the teaching quality of general elective courses.
