老年抑郁症严重程度及疗效与血尿酸水平的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between severity and efficacy of senile depression and serum uric acid level

目的探讨老年抑郁症患者病情严重程度及疗效与血尿酸水平的相关性。方法以2016年1月—2018年12月在我院治疗的80例老年抑郁症患者为观察组,同期接受健康体检的80例老年志愿者为对照组,观察组依据抑郁自评量表(SDS)综合评估其抑郁严重程度,并经盐酸舍曲林片治疗,分析抑郁症严重程度与血尿酸水平的相关性。结果 3组老年抑郁症患者治疗6周后SDS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度抑郁组血尿酸水平均低于对照组、轻度抑郁组以及中度抑郁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析显示,抑郁症严重程度与血尿酸水平呈负相关(r=-0.446,P<0.05)。结论老年抑郁症患者经盐酸舍曲林片治疗,可有效降低SDS评分,且抑郁症严重程度与血尿酸水平呈负相关。

Objective To explore the correlation between the severity of senile depression and the level of serum uric acid.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with senile depression treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were divided into observation group and control group.The data of 80 elderly volunteers who received health check-up during this period were collected.The severity of depression was evaluated by Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and the depression was analyzed by sertraline hydrochloride tablets.The correlation between severity of symptoms and serum uric acid level.Results The SDS scores of the three groups of elderly depression patients after 6 weeks of treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum uric acid levels of severe depression group were lower than those of control group,mild depression group and moderate depression group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the severity of depression was negatively correlated with serum uric acid levels(r=-0.446,P<0.05).Conclusion Sertraline hydrochloride tablets can effectively reduce SDS scores in elderly depressive patients,and the severity of depression is negatively correlated with serum uric acid level.
