切口保护开创器在腹腔镜胃癌手术中的应用效果观察

Application of incision protective retractor in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer

目的探讨切口保护开创器在腹腔镜胃癌手术中的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2014年1月—2015年12月期间行腹腔镜胃癌手术中应用切口保护开创器80例患者的临床资料,观察手术中切口暴露情况、手术时间、术中出血、切口长度、术后切口感染、切口肿瘤种植情况。结果手术均获成功,辅助小切口下手术视野暴露良好,辅助切口长约4.0 cm～6.0 cm,平均5.0 cm,术后80例切口均甲级愈合,80例随访3个月～12个月,无辅助手术切口肿瘤种植转移。结论切口保护开创器使用简单,能够对切口提供较好的保护作用,手术时切口自动牵开,在腹腔镜胃癌手术中有良好的应用前景。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of incision protective retractor in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer with incision protective retractors during January 2014 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed,and the incision exposure,operation time,intraoperative bleeding,incision length,postoperative incision infection and incision tumor implantation were observed.Results All the operations were successfully completed.The length of the auxiliary incision was about 4 cm^6 cm(mean 5 cm).The auxiliary incisions were all healed.80 patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months.There was no tumor implantation in the auxiliary surgical incision.Conclusions The Incision protective retractor is easy to used and can provid good protection for the incision.The operative incision is automatically ditracted,and it has good clinical effect.It has a good application prospect in the laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.
