羟考酮联合右美托咪定对全麻苏醒期躁动及应激反应的影响分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨羟考酮联合右美托咪定对于全麻患者苏醒期躁动和应激反应的影响。方法择取78例于我院进行全麻手术的患者,将其按照手术时间先后分为单一组(39例)和联合组(39例)。单一组患者单独采用羟考酮进行干预,联合组采用羟考酮联合右美托咪定进行干预,比较2组麻醉效果。结果拔管后30 min,联合组患者的Ramsay镇静评分高于单一组,VAS疼痛评分低于单一组;联合组患者麻醉苏醒期躁动的发生率为28.21%,显著低于单一组的51.28%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对全麻患者采用羟考酮联合右美托咪定进行干预的效果较好,可有效降低麻醉苏醒期躁动发生率,减少应激反应,但其麻醉后恢复时间较长,存在嗜睡现象。
