长三角农业基本要素与产值差异分析

Analysis of Differences between Agricultural Basic Elements and Output Value in Yangtze River Delta

基于对长三角三省一市农业基本要素与农业产值进行分析得出:三省一市土地资源规模差别较大,内部结构差异也较大。2000—2016年,三省一市农业资本基本呈增加趋势,且原有规模差别没有变化;农业劳动力均下降,也未改变规模差别,人均资本差异在扩大;三省一市农业总产值均增加,产值规模排序未变化,但差别在扩大;三省一市均以种植业为主的产值结构,分行业产值差异较大;长三角农业产值也并不完全对应农业基本要素。为此,需要立足长三角农业现有差异现实,着力提升农业基本要素质量配置。

Based on the analysis of the agricultural basic factors and agricultural output value of the four provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Delta, the paper concludes that the scale of land resources and the internal structure differ greatly among the four provinces and cities. From 2000 to 2016, the agricultural capital of four provinces and cities basically increased, and there was no change from the original scale. The agricultural labor force has declined and the scale difference has not been changed. The difference in per capita capital is widening. The total output value of agriculture in four provinces and cities has increased, and the scale of output value has not changed, but the difference is expanding. The output structure of the four provinces and cities is dominated by planting industry. The agricultural output value of the Yangtze River Delta is not entirely corresponding to the basic elements of agriculture. Therefore, it is necessary to base on the reality of agricultural differences in the Yangtze River Delta and focus on improving the quality allocation of agricultural basic elements.
