摘要
目的:观察口服营养补充对维持性血液透析病人营养状况的影响。方法:选择规律血液透析且透析龄≥3个月的病人57例为研究对象,MIS评分法进行营养状况的评估,生物电阻抗法进行肌肉质量的测量,电子握力计测量握力,6米步行试验评估下肢肌肉功能,空腹抽血查白蛋白、血脂等。观察营养干预前后上述指标的变化。结果:口服营养补充后营养不良-炎症综合征的程度改善,干预前后两组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);血清白蛋白较治疗前提升(P <0.05)。体质量、肌肉功能均明显高于治疗前(P <0.05)。结论:口服肠内营养可有效地改善维持性血液透析病人营养状态,增加体质量、骨骼肌质量、改善下肢肌肉功能。
Objective: To study the effect of supplemental oral nutrition on nutritional status in patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis(MHD). Methods: 57 MHD patients who had received non-hospitalized maintenance hemodialysis for at least 3 months were included. The malnutrition inflammation score(MIS score)was used to test MHD patients’ nutritional status. Bioelectrie impedance analysis(BIA)method was employed to examine the musclemass.Hand grip strength was measured and 6 meters walking test was applied to evaluate patients ’ muscle function.Moreover, the laboratory index was used to assess the severity of malnutrition in the study patients. Results: After induction of oral nutrition, MIS score was significantly improved than that before treatment(P < 0.05). Serum albumin increased compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).Body weight, skeletal muscle mass and muscle function were also elevated significantly(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Supplemental oral nutrition can improve the nutritional status in MHD patients with PEW,Gain weight, improve the function of muscles.
