摘要 营养支持是一个贯穿脓毒症休克治疗全程的重点和难点问题。近年来,随着对脓毒症休克病人病理生理机制的进一步认识,脓毒症休克病人营养支持治疗的方法也在不断完善。但对于脓毒症休克早期的营养支持治疗仍存在诸多争议。本综述将对近年来在脓毒症休克早期营养支持的时机及方式、途径、供给量、营养物质选择等方面取得的研究进展进行介绍。 Nutritional support is a key and difficult problem throughout the treatment of septic shock. In recently years, with the further understanding of the pathophysiological mechanism of patients with septic shock, the methods of nutritional support for patients with septic shock are also constantly improving. However, there are still many controversies about the early nutritional support for septic shock. This review will introduce the research progress of timing, methods, routes, supplement, and nutrient selection in the early nutritional support.
