摘要
本文利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)法测定碳素钢焊接材料中微量铝(Al)元素的含量,研究了共存元素钼(Mo)对Al元素测定的光谱干扰规律。采用干扰系数校正法对测定结果进行校准,确立了测定Al%的最佳分析条件,当Al含量在0.02%~0.1%范围内线性关系良好,方法检出限达到0.02%,回收率在97.0%~102.0%之间,相对标准偏差小于1.5%。实验表明,该方法操作简单,具有良好的精密度和准确率,可以用于实验室的常规检测。
The content of aluminum element in the carbon steel based welding materials had been determined by ICP-AES method in this paper. The rule of spectrum interference of Molybdenum to the determination of aluminum element as coexisted element has been studied. Experimental results had been calibrated by the interference coefficient correction method. Optimum analyzing conditions to the determination of aluminum element has been established. The linear relation was good when the content of aluminum element within the scope of 0.02%~0.1%.The detecting limit of this method can achieve to 0.02% and the recovery rate was during 97.0%~102.0%. The relatively standard derivation was less than 1.5%. It is a simple and quick method with good precision and accuracy which can be used in lab routine test.
