摘要
建立了采用高温灰化-碱熔植物样品,直接在含有硫酸介质的总离子强度调节缓冲混合液中测定氟的离子选择性电极法,方法检出限、精密度和准确度满足《局部生态地球化学评价规范》的要求,操作简便快捷,是植物样品中微量氟可靠、高效的检测方法。
An ion selective electrode method for the determination of fluorine in total ionic strength regulating buffer mixture containing sulfuric acid medium was established by using high temperature ashing-alkali fusion plant samples. The detection limit, precision and accuracy meet the requirements of the Determination of Local Ecogeochemistry Assessment. It is a reliable and efficient method for the determination of trace fluorine in plant samples.
