摘要
本文介绍了M/C-W型油料分析光谱仪的主要原理,分析了油料分析光谱仪对在用的汽油机油中磨损元素的检测,确立了以光谱元素测量为主,结合部分理化性能测试的联合监测方法。试验结果表明,随着行车里程的增加,酸值显著增加,运动黏度平缓增加,部分金属元素和添加剂元素等指标明显变化。通过分析,确立了汽车行驶里程与发动机油液监测指标间的关系,为判断车辆的润滑和磨损状态,评价车辆的工况和预测故障提供了依据,同时结合汽油机油的换油指标,给出了合理的评价和指导。
This paper introduces the main principle of M/C-W oil analysis spectrometer, analyses the detection of wear elements in used gasoline engine oil by oil analysis spectrometer, and establishes a joint monitoring method based on the measurement of spectral elements and some physical and chemical performance tests. The results showed that with the increase of driving mileage, the acid value increases significantly, the motion viscosity increases gently, and some metal elements and additive elements change obviously. Through analysis, the relationship between vehicle mileage and engine oil monitoring index is established, which provides a basis for judging vehicle lubrication and wear condition, evaluating vehicle working condition and predicting fault. At the same time, combining with the oil exchange index of gasoline engine oil, reasonable evaluation and guidance are given.
