摘要
以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107胶)为基胶,甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷、乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷复配作交联剂,气相法白炭黑为补强填料,制得透明脱酮肟型硅酮密封胶,并研究了107基胶黏度、复配交联剂用量以及气相法白炭黑用量对透明脱酮肟型硅酮密封胶性能的影响。
Transparent de-ketoxime type silicone sealant is prepared by using α,ω-dihydroxypolydimethylsiloxane (107 gel) as base rubber, methyl tributyl ketone sulfhydryl silane and vinyl tributol sulfonyl silane as crosslinking agent, gas phase white carbon black as reinforcing filler. And the influences of 107-based adhesiveness, the amount of complex cross-linking agent and the amount of gas phase white carbon black on the properties of transparent de-ketoxime type silicone sealant are studied.
