摘要
探讨了不同片材配方体系、片材厚度、自粘胶层厚度、防粘保护层种类及粒径对P类预铺防水卷材抗穿刺性能的影响。结果表明,以HDPE为主体的片材体系抗穿刺强度较大,且随着HDPE用量的增加抗穿刺强度提升较快;在NS06为主体的片材体系中添加PP T30S树脂可有效提高抗穿刺强度并且保证延伸性能满足标准要求;自粘胶层厚度在达到0.40 mm以上时抗穿刺强度增大较快;防粘保护层种类及粒径对抗穿刺性能影响较大,随着隔离砂粒径的增加,抗穿刺性能逐步降低。
The influences of different sheet formula system, sheet thickness and thickness of self -adhesive layer, anti - adhesion protective layer type and particle size on the anti-puncture performance of P type pre-laid waterproofing membrane are studied. The results show that: the sheet using HDPE as the main material has relatively larger anti-puncture strength, and increases faster with the increasing of HDPE dosage. Adding 35% PP T30S to NS06 can effectively improve anti - puncture strength of the material system and ensure the extension performance meets the standard requirements. When thickness of self-adhesive layer reaches 0.40 mm or more, anti-puncture strength will increase faster. The type and particle size of the isolation sand have a great influence on the anti-puncture performance. With the increasing of particle size, the anti-puncture performance decreases gradually.
