摘要
廊坊新朝阳广场屋面设计为种植屋面,防水层采用2 mm厚非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料与4 mm厚改性沥青耐根穿刺防水卷材复合系统,其上设置凹凸型排水板和无纺布过滤层。本文主要介绍该项目的特点、防水构造设计和施工工艺,并探讨了非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料+改性沥青防水卷材复合系统的发展方向。
Planted roof is designed for Langfang New Chaoyang Plaza. Its waterproofing layer adopted a combination of 2 mm thick noncured rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating and 4 mm modified asphalt root resistant waterproofing membrane. Concave and convex drain board and non -woven filter layer are installed above the waterproofing layer. The article mainly introduces the characteristics, waterproofing structure design and construction technology of this project, and discusses the developing direction of the combined system of non-cured rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating and modified asphalt waterproofing membrane.
