Practice and Reconsideration of 40 Years Bill Business Risk Management in China

改革开放40年来,我国票据市场从无到有,从小到大,由弱变强,同时积累了较为丰富的票据风险管理经验:搭建起了票据业务风险管理架构,颁布实施了一系列风险管理制度办法,普遍建立了票据内部风险管控制度,确立了风险管理的基本理念。但也存在一系列问题,需要从更广泛的角度,重新思考未来提升票据业务风险管理水平的对策。

Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago, bill market in China has grown from small to big, weak to strong and has accumulated bill risk management experience. Bill business risk management framework was constructed. Series of risk management regulation were promulgated. Bill internal risk management and control system and basic idea of risk management were commonly established. Many problems also exists. We should reconsider countermeasures to promote bill business risk management capability in the future from broader views.
