电动观光车底盘是由车架、悬架、驱动后桥、转向制动操作部分、驱动电机、传动轴及变速机构部件等组成的。通过对其进行受力分析,确定使用材料规格;通过实际验证,保证整车性能指标。在此基础上,需对底盘进行系统规划,使零部件匹配达到最佳状态。
The chassis in an electric sightseeing vehicle consists of frame, front suspension, drive rear axle, drive motor, transmission shaft, variable speed mechanism component and so on. Through the force analysis, the material specifications are determined, and the performance indicators of the vehicle are guaranteed through practical verification. On this basis, the chassis needs to be systematically planned so that the parts can be matched to the best state.
