摘要
双元领导是应对组织发展面临多重挑战,从而能够实施差异化领导的策略,这种强调资源平衡和协同增效的领导模式在破除创新悖论方面有着积极的效用。因此,双元领导能够通过双元知识探索对创新绩效起到正向影响,这个过程受到动态环境、组织文化、员工自我调节的多重作用。为提升组织创新绩效的能力,领导者应积极构建双元领导模式,营造双元组织文化,构建能够促进创新的组织边界;同时,还要强化员工的自我调节意识,以共同作用于组织创新。
Dual leadership is a strategy that can implement differentiated leadership in response to multiple challenges facing organizational development.This leadership model,which emphasizes resource balance and synergy,has a positive effect in breaking the paradox of innovation.Therefore,dual leadership can positively influence innovation performance through dualistic knowledge exploration,which is affected by dynamic environment,organizational culture and employee self-regulation.In order to improve the ability of organizational innovation performance,leaders should actively build a dual leadership model,create a dual organizational culture,build organizational boundaries that can promote innovation,and at the same time,strengthen employees’self-regulation consciousness to act on organizational innovation together.
