The establishment of morality is the fundamental task of education.The affinity of the counselor plays an important role in the realization of the process.To this end,it is necessary to advocate the establishment of an equal relationship between counselors and students,to guide counselors to establish a flexible management concept,and to encourage counselors to use new media to innovate working methods.Only in this way can we cultivate and enhance the affinity of college counselors,and better implement the fundamental task of establishing morality in colleges and universities.
