Study on the Construction of Rural Ecological Civilization in He’nan Province under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

河南省是人口和农业大省,农村生态文明建设在林业、水环境、循环经济和环境综合整治方面取得了一定成就,但在多个方面仍然面临很大的压力和挑战。在乡村振兴战略下,河南省各级政府和人民树立保护生态环境新发展理念,统筹农村山水林田湖草系统治理,加强农业农村生态环境治理,持续改进农民居住环境,加强生态环境保护的法制建设,共同推进河南农村生态文明建设。

He’nan province is a big province of population and agriculture.The construction of rural ecological civilization has made some achievements in forestry,water environment,circular economy and comprehensive environmental renovation,but it still faces great pressure and challenges in many aspects.Under the strategy of rural rejuvenation,the governments and people at all levels in He’nan province have set up new development concepts of protecting ecological environment,coordinated the management of rural landscape,forestry,lake and grass system,strengthened the management of agricultural and rural ecological environment,continuously improved the living environment of farmers,strengthened the legal construction of ecological environment protection,and jointly promoted the construction of rural ecological civilization in He’nan province.
