企业学院深度协同育人创新实践研究——以苏州工业职业技术学院同程旅游学院为例 被引量:4

摘要 高水平高职院校和专业建设,首要的是人才培养的高水平,最根本的是以平衡而充分的教育供给来服务于行业、企业需求和"以学生为中心"的高职学生成人、成才目标。企业学院应成功构筑起"校企主导、政府推动、行业指导、校企双主体育人"的命运共同体,在企业学院的基础上来合作招生与就业、合作定制专业与课程、合作共担实习与实训、合作共建党团与工会,共同助力于政行企校之间的同频共振与全方位的深度融合。 In the construction of high-level vocational colleges and specialties,the first is the high level of talent cultivation.The most fundamental is to serve the needs of industries,enterprises and“students-centered”adult and talent goals of vocational students with balanced and adequate educational supply.Enterprise colleges should successfully construct a fate community of“school-enterprise-led,government-driven,industry guidance,school-enterprise dual-subject education”.On the basis of enterprise colleges,they should cooperate in enrollment and employment,cooperative customization of specialties and courses,cooperative sharing of practice and training,cooperative co-construction of party groups and trade unions,and jointly contribute to the co-frequency resonance and comprehensive integration between government,industry and schools.
