摘要 针对三维流场计算炮口制退器效率时求解时间长、对计算机配置要求高等问题,提出一种基于二维流场计算炮口制退器效率的修正方法.从气体动力学角度入手,分析了二维和三维模型中侧孔受力特性,通过得到的修正系数对二维计算结果进行修正.对比三维仿真结果表明,修正后二维计算结果与三维计算结果接近.该方法对缩短炮口制退器设计周期具有重要意义. Aiming at the problem of long-term solution time and high computer configuration requirements when calculating the efficiency of muzzle brake in 3D flow field,a new correction method based on two-dimensional flow field to calculate the efficiency of muzzle brake is proposed.Starting from the perspective of gas dynamics,the force characteristics of the side holes in the 2D and 3D models are analyzed,and the two-dimensional calculation results are corrected by the obtained correction coefficient.The comparison of 3D simulation results shows that the corrected two-dimensional calculation results are close to the three-dimensional.Therefore,this method is of great significance for shortening the design cycle of the muzzle brake.
