摘要
针对转管炮抽壳力变化影响自动机运行的现状,以及炮管组反转会造成发射后药筒再进膛的现象.使用有限元方法计算了抽壳力,对不同膛压下的抽壳过程进行了研究,分析了发射后药筒再进膛的状况.结果表明,药筒受到膛压时药筒根部的不贴膛段将使药筒材料受损;在抽壳初始时,药筒受到的是推力;药筒再进膛时药筒根部会发生大变形产生凸起,从而造成最大的进膛阻力,导致药筒再进膛受阻.
In view of the current situation that the change of extraction force of the Gatling gun affects the operation of the automatic machine,and the phenomenon that the reversal of the barrel group can cause the barrel reentering the chamber after launch the extraction force was calculated by using the finite element method,the process of extraction under different chamber pressure was studied,and the condition of cartridge reentry after launch was analyzed.It is concluded that the material of the non-attachment part of the cartridge bottom can be damaged when the cartridge is pressed by the chamber pressure;at the initial stage of shell extraction,the cartridge barrel is thrust,and a large deformation occurs at the root of the cartridge to cause a bulge when the cartridge barrel is reentrance,thereby causing the maximum resistance and the cartridge can not enters the chamber.
