摘要
本文主要考察技术信息回流生产体系及相应的知识体系,形成的维护性、保障性制度,并基于新的理论框架重新审视了"年功序列"制度等日本传统劳务管理制度的属性。这些制度的功能特征是,将劳动发展性资源(资金、浓缩型信息、生活设施)按照特定类型员工(直接劳动者或工程人员等)在信息回流中的位置进行配给。
In this paper,labor system specifically refers to the systems regarding labor skills training,wage and welfare,labor organization and labor rights protection for direct production workers(including skilled workers,semi skilled workers and unskilled workers).At a more specific level,labor system is embodied in the combination of specific labor control,resource allocation and distribution of interests,and the distribution of potential power factors among different groups.This paper examines the technical information reflux production and knowledge system,and the maintenance and guarantee system.It also examines the attributes of traditional Japanese labor management systems,such as the system of annual work sequence,based on a new theoretical framework.The functional characteristics of these systems are reflected as the allocation of development resources(including funds,concentrated information and living facilities)based on the positions of different types of staff(direct workers,engineers,etc.)in information return.
