摘要
中国散裂中子源(CSNS)中子散射样品变温环境设备是中子源上应用最广泛的样品环境设备,为了拓宽CSNS的应用领域和测量样品类型,一期工程建设中设计制造了3大类样品变温环境设备,包括低温区的低温恒温器、中温区的水浴恒温设备和高温区的中子散射高温炉,其温区范围分别覆盖了0.3—300 K、243—473 K、473—2073 K。主要介绍上述3类样品变温环境设备的工作原理、系统设计以及工程进展,实现并完成了CSNS样品变温环境设备的系统性搭建和性能测试。
The variable temperature environmental equipment for neutron scattering in China spallation neutron source( CSNS) is the most widely used sample environment equipment in neutron source. In order to broaden the test sample type and the application field of CSNS, three kinds of sample variable temperature environmental equipments were designed and manufactured during the construction of Phase I project, including cryostat, water-bath-temperature equipment and furnace, which working at temperature range from 0. 3 K to 300 K ,243 K to 473 K and 473 K to 2 073 K respectively. The working principle, system design and engineering progress of the sample variable temperature environmental equipment are introduced. The system construction and performance test of CSNS variable temperature environmental system are realized and completed.
