工艺参数对低温液体喷射混合器混合性能的影响

摘要 为了优化液化天然气气质,探究工艺参数对低温液体喷射混合器内部流场的影响,基于不同沸点低温液体互溶混合机理,以液态甲烷、液态丙烷为工质,分析了不同工艺参数喷射混合器内两股流体的流动特性和混合效果。分析结果表明:喷射混合器的主流体入口压力、引射流体入口压力及混合流体出口压力均存在一个最优值,在考虑实际生产环境的基础上,应使其值尽可能的接近这一临界值;在其他工艺参数确定的情况下,随着引射流体入口温度的增大,喷射混合器的混合性能越好,可适当增大引射流体入口温度,以提高喷射混合器的混合性能。主流体入口压力0.22 MPa、引射流体入口压力0.1 MPa、混合流体出口压力0.1 MPa、引射流体入口温度249.15 K时,该结构喷射混合器的混合性能最好。 In order to optimize the quality of liquefied natural gas( LNG), the influence of the process parameters on the internal flow field of the ejection mixer was investigated. Based on the in tersoluble mixing mechanism of cryogenic liquids with different boiling poin ts , using liquid methane and liquid propane as the working fluid , the flow characteristics and mixing performance of two fluids in ejection mixers with different process parameters were analyzed respectively. The results show that there is an optimal value of the primary flow inlet pressure, the suction flow pressure and the mixed fluid outlet pressure in the ejection mixer. Given the actual production environment, the value should be as close as possible to this critical value. When other process parameters are determined , with the increase of the suction flow temperature , the mixing performance ejection mixer gets better. The suction flow temperature should be appropriately increased to improve the mixing performance of the ejection mixer. When the primary fluid inlet pressure is 0. 22 MPa,the suction fluid inlet pressure is 0. 1 MPa,the mixed fluid outlet pressure is 0. 1 MPa, and the suction fluid inlet temperature is 249. 15 K , the mixing performance of the ejection mixer is the best.
