摘要 围绕具有电动汽车快速充电接口的一种交直流容量可切换的电力电子变压器(power electronic transformer,PET)拓扑,提出了一种容量配置方案和滤波器设计方法。首先,基于蒙特卡洛法对电动汽车快速充电进行负荷预测,通过分析电动汽车快速充电负荷曲线对PET可切换功率模块容量进行配置。其次,为减小逆变模块视在功率、减少PET投资与运行损耗,提出了PET低压侧滤波器采用公用电感并考虑利用滤波电容对负载无功功率进行补偿的设计方法。最后,对所提容量配置方案和滤波器设计方法给出了实例分析和仿真验证。 A capacity configuration scheme and a filter design method for power electronic transformer topology with electric vehicles fast charging interface are presented. First, the electric vehicle fast charging load forecasting based on Monte Carlo method is introduced. Considering the relationship between the EV fast charging and the basic predicted AC load, the capacity of the switchable power module is configured. Then, in order to reduce the apparent power of the inverter module and reduce the PET investment and operation loss, the low voltage side filter is designed with common inductor and its capacitor is considered to compensate the reactive power of load. Finally, the proposed capacity configuration scheme and filter design method are verified by an example analysis and simulation.
