摘要
通过开展不同掺量硅灰对喷射混凝土拌合物及物理性能的影响试验,试验结果和实际工程应用效果表明,混掺粉煤灰、硅灰的喷射混凝土的各项性能均优于只掺拌粉煤灰的喷射混凝土,硅灰掺量在5%-7%时能有效提高喷射混凝土的各项性能,还大大减少了工程成本,环保和社会效益显著。
Through impact test of silica fume in different mixing amount on sprayed concrete mixture and physical performance,the test results and actual project application effects show that various performances of mixed flyash,sprayed concrete in silica fume are both superior to sprayed concrete mixed with flyash,each performance of sprayed concrete can be increased effectively when the mixing amount of silica fume is between 5% and 7%,meanwhile,the project cost is reduced greatly,the benefits of environmental protection and social benefits.
