摘要
为提高评价结果的合理性与科学性利用变异系数与层次分析相结合的方法确定水资源承载力指标权重,然后利用垂直距离的方式确定理想解与各评价对象的距离,并对辽阳市各县区水资源状况运用改进TOPSIS法进行科学评价。通过对比分析模糊综合法、TOPSI改进前、后的承载力评价结果,验证了其科学性与合理性,以期为区域水资源管理规划和优化配置提供一定指导和参考。
Method integrated variation coefficient and analytical hierarchy process was used to decide the weight of water resources bearing capacity indexes in order to improve the rationality and scientificity of evaluation achievements,afterwards,vertical dimension way was applied to confirm the distance between ideal solution and each evaluation object,and the improved TOPSIS method was used to evaluate scientifically the water resources state of each county area in Liaoyang City. Through comparison of fuzzy comprehensive method,bearing capacity before and after TOPSI improvement,its scientificity and rationality was verified,so as to supply certain guidance and reference for regional water resources management and planning,optimal configuration.
