摘要
目的对于高原氧气调节的原理我们可以通过类比空调的工作方式来更好地理解。众所周知,空调通过降低室内温度而改变了生活在世界上大部分高温地区人的生活和工作条件。与之类似,高原应用氧调(增加空气中氧浓度)也可以改善居住在高海拔地区人们的生活和工作条件。高原应用氧调之所以能够发挥有益的作用,其重要原因之一就在于空气中氧浓度的少量增加也会大大降低人的体感海拔。海拔高度和吸入PO_2是相对应的。在海拔4 000 m以上地区,利用氧调使空气中的氧浓度增加7%(达到28%),人的体感海拔就会减少1 800 m。体感海拔的大幅降低能够提高人的工作效能,还有证据表明它能改善机体的神经心理功能。因此可以通过在高原的医院、学校、工厂、公司等重要地方安装高原氧气调节装置来提高人体机能。最终实现高原的氧气调节其实是极具挑战的工作,但以往的经验已经证明,只要对人有利,任何技术问题能会得到解决。未来十年,高原氧气调节的相关工作有望在青藏高原取得重大进展。
Objective Oxygen conditioning can best be understood by analogy with air conditioning.lt is well known that air conditioning reduces the temperature of the air supplied to buildings, and as a result it has revolutionized living and working conditions in large areas of the world where the temperature is high.By analogy,oxygen conditioning in which the oxygen concentration of the air is increased can improve living and working conditions in areas of the world where the altitude is very high.One reason why the technology is very effective is that even small increases in oxygen concentration of the air can greatly reduce the physiological altitude.This is the altitude that has the same inspired PO2.For example,people who are living and working at an altitude of 4 000 m are at a disadvantage compared with sea level. However if the oxygen concentration of the air is increased by 7%,that is to 28%,the physiological altitude is reduced to only 1 800 m.This large reduction in altitude increases work capacity, and also there is some evidence that it improves neuropsychological function.Oxygen conditioning at high altitude can be effectively used to improve human performance in buildings such as hospitals, schools, factories, corporate headquarters ,embassies, and wherever important decisions are being made. The implementation of oxygen conditioning is challenging, but experience has shown that where human performance can be improved, the technological problems can be solved.The technology is particularly relevant to China because of the current development of the Tibetan Plateau, and advances in oxygen conditioning can be expected there during the next 10 years.
