泡型包虫病患者血清miRNA差异表达初步分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究泡型包虫病患者与健康者血清miRNA的表达差异性。方法采用Illumina高通量测序技术对泡型包虫病患者和健康者血清miRNA进行测序分析,并将有表达差异性的miRNA运用生物信息学软件对其调控的靶基因进行(GO)功能富集与(KEGG)通路富集分析。结果泡型包虫病患者血清miRNA与健康者血清miRNA相比,具有表达差异性的miRNA共有9个。其中,1个为上调表达,8个为下调表达。GO功能富集分析结果显示,这些表达差异性miRNA调节的靶基因主要参与蛋白结合、金属离子结合等分子功能的调节及转录调节、信号转导、离子转运等生化过程。KEGG通路富集分析结果显示,这些表达差异性miRNA调节的靶基因主要富集于MAPK信号途径、钙离子信号途径等。结论泡型包虫病患者和健康者血清miRNA的表达具有差异性,这些差异表达的miRNA可能能作为泡型包虫病早期诊断的新标志物。 Objective To explore the difference of serum miRNAs expression spectrum between patients with alveolar echinococcosis(AE) and healthy people.Method Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze miRNAs in the serum of patients with AE and healthy people. Bio-infbnnatics software was used for predict target genes, Go enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis.Results A total of 9 miRNAs were deferentially expressed between the two groups. 1 was up-regulated and 8 were down -regulated. The GO enrichment analysis showed that the target genes with differential miRNAs regulated were mainly involved in protein binding, metal ion binding, transcriptional regulation, signal transduction and ion transport, etc. The KEGG pathway enrichment analysis results showed that the target genes with differential miRNAs regulated were mainly concentrated in MAPK signaling pathway and calcium signaling pathway,etc.Conclusion This study found some serum miRNAs of AE, and these differential serum miRNAs may serve as new markers for the early diagnosis of AE.
