公民逝世后器官捐献成功与失败的因素分析

Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Success and Failure of Cadaveric Organ Donation

探讨分析某中心的公民逝世后器官捐献成功与未成功的因素,提高器官捐献成功率。总结分析2016年2月～2018年6月某中心完成的89例公民逝世后器官捐献的临床资料,分析和总结影响因素,分为成功与未成功两组。成功组23例中,参与捐献的家庭成员1人～2人的18例,3人以上的5例,家庭成员关系越简单成功率越高(P<0.05);妻子做决定的10例。未成功组为66例,其中肝肾功能衰竭、人体器官获取组织医师到达前心脏停跳、家属部分成员的反对与本组其他原因比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。家属对器官捐献的理解及接受程度会影响捐献率;相关人员对器官捐献适应证的知识不足以及脑死亡后器官功能维护知识的不足也是未成功捐献的影响因素。

This study is to explore and analyze the successful and unsuccessful factors of cadaveric organ donation in a single center so as to improve the success rate of organ donation. From February 2016 to June 2018, the clinical data of 89 cases of cadaveric organ donation in this center were collected and analyzed. The results showed that the influencing factors were divided into successful group and unsuccessful group. Among the 23 cases in the success group, 18 cases of 1 to 2 family members and 5 cases of more than 3 family members participated in the donation, and the success rate was higher when the relationship between family members was simpler ( P <0.05). In 10 cases, the wife of donor made the decision. There were 66 cases in the unsuccessful group, among which the patients were dead of the liver and kidney failure, whose cardiac arrested before organ procurement organization arrival, and opposition of some family members were statistically significant compared with other causes ( P <0.05). In conclusion, the understanding and acceptance of organ donation by family members would affect the donation rate. Insufficient knowledge of the indications for organ donation and organ function maintenance after brain death were also influential factors for unsuccessful organ donation.
