摘要
目的是了解目前医务人员死亡观现况,为医务人员死亡观教育提供有效方法。采用问卷调查方式,对某医院500名医务人员进行匿名调查。结果显示,不同学历之间的信仰差异有统计学意义(χ~2=44.54,P<0.001)。不同信仰的人之间,对自己死亡结局的态度差异显示有统计学意义(χ~2=46.50,P=0.028)。对死亡现象认知不同的医务人员之间,对危重患者的态度,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=30.83,P<0.001)。因此,医务人员信仰受学历、原生家庭影响,而死亡观又和信仰相关。部分医务人员不能坦然面对死亡。社会、医院应重视医务人员的死亡观教育。
The purpose of this study is to learn the status of medical practitioners' view of death, in order to provide methods of death education. 500 medical practitioners in a hospital were investigated anonymously by questionnaires. The results showed that in terms of different educational backgrounds, the variations of faiths were statistically significant (χ^2= 44.54 , P <0.001 ). There were significant differences in their attitudes towards death (χ^2=46.50, P =0.028). There were statistically significant differences in the attitudes to critical patients among medical practitioners with different knowledge of death (χ^2=30.83, P <0.001). In conclusion, the faith of medical practitioners was influenced by educational levels, original families, and the view of death was related to faith. Some medical practitioners could not face death very well. The society and the hospital should attach importance to the death education of medical practitioners.
