基于知识图谱的国内外分级诊疗研究比较与分析

Comparison and Analysis of Domestic and Foreign Researches on Hierarchical Diagnosis and Treatment from the Perspective of Knowledge Map

通过对比分析中外分级诊疗研究,探索我国分级诊疗研究的发展趋势并为其提供决策依据。采用共词聚类分析、社会网络分析等知识图谱方法,对中外分级诊疗研究数据进行分析与比较。研究发现,国内外分级诊疗研究在发文数量趋势、研究结构和研究主题方面均表现出不同的特点,但都与伦理研究密切联系。相关伦理研究对于医疗服务体系建设的保障作用已经被中外学者所共识,同时国外研究还据此形成了较多特色。建议我国在分级诊疗的伦理问题研究方面也应聚焦,争取在特定主题研究上形成特色。

Through the comparative analysis of Chinese and foreign research topics in hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, this study aimed to find the development trend and provide decision-making basis for researchers in this domain. By using the methods of co-word clustering analysis and social network analysis, the related keyword-networks of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment were analyzed and compared. The results showed that though the domestic and foreign researches in this domain displayed different characteristics in terms of publications, research structure and topics, both of which had shown a close relationship with ethical researches. Relevant ethical researches had been recognized by scholars both at home and abroad as a guarantee for the construction of medical service system. At the same time, foreign researches had formed many ethics-related characteristics in this domain. It was suggested that Chinese researchers should focus on the ethical issues on hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, and strive to form specific characteristics on them.
