摘要
近年来,随着中国城市化进程的加快,造成城市中大量的旧工厂和工业用地被废弃,影响了城市的整体风貌,并且造成了土地的闲置浪费,合理利用“触媒”理论对其进行有效的更新改造可以为工业遗产的更新提供新的思路。本文通过对文献的梳理和既有案例的分析,旨在对“触媒”理论介入工业遗产更新改造的策略进行初步的探析。
Recent years, with the continuous expansion of urbanization in our country, old factories and industrial sites in the city are abandoned and left useless which have affected the overall image of the city and caused the idle waste of land. The use of "catalyst" theory to effectively renew it provides a new idea for the protection and renovation of industrial heritage. Through literature review and analysis of existing cases, this paper aims to preliminarily discuss the strategies of "catalysis" theory in industrial heritage renewal and reconstruction.
