摘要
高粱在中国栽培较广,尤其在山西的地形气候下种植更为适合。山西是高粱生产种植的中心地带,在支持新品种的选育、信息交流以及支撑酿造业等方面发挥了重要作用。文章着重阐述目前高粱产业在山西省的发展趋势和应用对策。
Sorghum is widely cultivated in China, especially in Shanxi Province. Shanxi is the center of sorghum production and cultivation. It plays an important role in supporting the breeding of new varieties, information exchange and brewing industry. This paper focuses on the development trend and application countermeasures of sorghum industry in Shanxi Province.
