教师教育课程改革背景下高师化学专业的人才培养模式

Training Mode of Chemistry Teachers’ Major under the Background of Teachers’ Educational Curriculum Reform

摘要 以提高化学师范专业教育质量和满足地方经济对教育需求为总目标,探索了符合教师教育课程改革要求的化学师范专业人才培养模式。通过优化重组课程结构、更新课程内容和丰富学习资源,搭建了“技能训练、实习实践、科研竞赛和特色活动”一体化的实践教学平台,改进了教学方法,创新了教学评价体系,实现了师范生培养与中学化学教学需求的无缝对接。 In order to improve the quality of chemistry teachers’education and meet the demands of local economy for education,the training mode of chemistry teachers’major that could accord with the requirements of teachers’educational curriculum reform was explored.Through optimizing curriculum structure,renewing curriculum content and enriching learning resources,a practical teaching platform was built to integrate skills training,practice,scientific research competition and characteristic activities.Teaching methods were improved,with teaching evaluation system innovated.Seamless connection between normal students’training and middle school chemistry teaching needs was realized.
