摘要 陶瓷矿产资源是不可再生资源,将劣质原料作为一种新资源进行开发利用,提高资源综合利用率,是陶瓷行业的发展趋势。笔者通过对陶瓷原料烧成后白度检测,分析陶瓷原料烧成后白度差别的原因,提出其方法应尽量统一,使得陶瓷原料烧成后白度值能真实体现原料特性,为陶瓷行业的生产工艺和科研提供可靠的数据。 Ceramic mineral resources are non renewable resources.The development trend of ceramic industry is how to de-velop and utilize inferior raw materials as a new resource and improve the comprehensive utilization.Through the whole process of testing the whiteness of ceramic raw materials after firing,I studied each step and analyzed the reasons for the difference between the whiteness of the ceramic raw materials after the firing.I suggest that the method should be unified as far as possible,so that the whiteness value of the ceramic raw materials can truly reflect the characteristics of the raw materials,and also provide the reliable data for production technology and scientific research for the ceramic enterprises.
