湛江成为北部湾经济区商务中心区的研究分析

Research and Analysis of Zhanjiang Becoming the Business Center of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

北部湾经济区作为"中国经济发展的第四增长极"是中国与东盟接轨的最快捷方便的通道。北部湾经济区在经济新形势下实现跨越式发展,有赖于湾区内各城市能够充分利用自身的区位优势和资源特点,实现经济持续快速增长。在分析湛江的区域发展情况的基础上,采用SWOT分析法探索制约其发展的因素,并提出了加速湛江经济发展的四个建议:转变发展观念,制定发展规划;利用优势,形成核心竞争力;转变政府职能,建立健全市场机制;加强区域协作,促进区域协调发展。以期湛江在北部湾经济区发挥商务中心区作用,促进北部湾经济区跨越式发展。

The Beibu gulf economic zone, as " the fourth growth pole of China's economic development", is the fastest and most convenient channel for China to connect with asean. The development of Beibu gulf economic zone under the new economic situation depends on the bay area cities to make full use of their location advantages and resource characteristics to achieve sustained and rapid economic growth. Based on the analysis of Zhanjiang's regional development, this paper uses SWOT analysis to explore the factors restricting its development, and puts forward four suggestions for accelerating Zhanjiangxs economic development: changing the development concept and formulating the development plan;make use of advantages to form core competitiveness;Transform government functions and establish a sound market mechanism;we will strengthen regional cooperation and promote coordinated development among regions. It is expected that Zhanjiang will play the role of business center in Beibu gulf economic zone and promote the leaping development of Beibu gulf economic zone.
